VisualAPI ("we", "us") operates this website at visualapi.co. We are building an API platform that provides access to third party AI video generation models. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact us at contact@visualapi.co.

We collect only what you type into our forms. Nothing more.

Waitlist form: your work email address (required), and optionally your company website, primary use case, expected monthly volume, and any details you add about what you are building.

Contact form: your name, work email address, subject, your message, and optionally your company name.

Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving the site. We do not use this for tracking or profiling.

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or third party tracking scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

To reply to your enquiry, to assess and prioritise early access requests, and to contact you about availability, onboarding, and pricing for the service you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you are in the UK or EEA, our lawful basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and evaluating prospective customers.

We rely on service providers for website hosting, storing form submissions, and email delivery. They operate globally, so your information may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. They process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and where required those transfers rely on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your personal information, though we may disclose it where required by law.

Waitlist entries are kept until the waitlist closes or you ask us to remove you. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so we have a record of the conversation. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents also have the right to know what is collected and to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under CCPA/CPRA.

To exercise any of these, email contact@visualapi.co and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted data is restricted to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
