Terms of Service
Last updated 12 September 2026
These terms apply to your use of the VisualAPI website and to joining our waitlist or early access programme. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to them.
About the service
VisualAPI provides API access to third party AI video generation models, including ByteDance's Seedance models. The API is not yet generally available. Today this site offers information about the planned service and lets you register interest through our waitlist.
VisualAPI is an independent reseller and integrator. We do not own or develop the underlying models, and the model providers are not party to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you are using the service for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act on its behalf.
Waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create an agreement to provide the service, guarantee access, or guarantee access within any timeframe. We may onboard applicants in any order and may decline any application.
Promotional credits, including any free credits offered to early access participants, are made available at our discretion, hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and may be subject to expiry and usage conditions communicated at the time they are issued.
Pricing information
Any pricing shown on this site, including comparisons with other providers, is indicative, provided for general information, and subject to change before and after launch. It does not constitute a binding offer. Third party pricing is compiled from publicly available sources at a point in time and may be out of date or inaccurate; those providers set their own prices and we make no representation on their behalf. Binding prices will be set out in the agreement that applies when you are onboarded.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the site's operation, or to submit automated or bulk form submissions.
When the API becomes available, its use will additionally be governed by a separate service agreement and an acceptable use policy, including the usage restrictions imposed by the underlying model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated output complies with applicable law, including intellectual property, publicity, and data protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, and branding are owned by VisualAPI. Product names, model names, and trademarks belonging to other companies remain the property of their respective owners, and their use on this site is for identification and descriptive purposes only.
Video content shown on this site is illustrative of model capability and is not a guarantee of the output you will obtain.
Availability
We provide this site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualAPI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict of law rules.
